    Hello!

Does anyone have the address of the James Barclay House? I’m interested in finding a bio on Red Warner, but there’s not a lot of into regarding his work etc.

I’m doing casual research on Francis E. “Red” Warner before I purchase a home designed by him in 1960. I’m curious to know what part he played in the Schwartz dome construction in Midland, MI. I have not found a good bio on Warner yet, however I believe he may have also been a licensed engineer. His obituary mentions he was an architectural field engineer in naval shipyards before entering architecture school at Penn State in 1951.

Also was the Dow concrete block used in homes specially designed? That is what I am hearing:) I suppose they are referring to the concrete blocks with the styrofoam interior? Did Warner only use these after 1965?

If you find anymore info on Red Warner, could you please post it on this site? I’d be interested in it as well.
