The Michigan State Housing Development Authority, State Historic Preservation Office (“Authority”) is seeking a firm that is authorized to do business in Michigan to write a National Historic Landmark (“NHL”) nomination for St. Francis de Sales Church in Muskegon, Michigan designed by the internationally acclaimed architect Marcel Breuer in 1964.
